ReportaBug governs your use of the website (https://reportabug.ai), web application/widget, browser extensions/plugins, and all other offered services.
By accessing the website, subscribing to our services, using our services, or installing browser extensions/plugins you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by this policy and the ReportaBug Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring that your users also comply with all the terms-and-conditions.
You use the service solely for your own needs, or for professional use. You will not disrupt or interfere with service operations.
You shall not use the services for unacceptable usage listed in this policy. ReportaBug reserves the right to take any necessary action to address any unacceptable use of the services. Unacceptable usage includes but is not limited to sites containing or promoting: pirated software, adult-oriented content, hacker programs or archives, illegal material, copyrighted material, material we judge to be threatening or obscene, material protected by trade secret and other statute.
When you register your account, you undertake to share the information required in order to use the ReportaBug service. This includes your email address and any information required to authenticate with external service providers. In return, external service providers provide ReportaBug with authentication tokens allowing ReportaBug to communicate with the service providers on your behalf. Authentication tokens are securely encrypted at rest on ReportaBug servers. By accepting these terms-and-conditions you acknowledge and accept our service provider integrations, authentication methods, and storage of authentication tokens in order to communicate with service providers on your behalf for the sole purpose of delivering the ReportaBug services to you.
You shall keep confidential and secure all personal account credentials. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account, or theft/loss of credentials. Each account can only be used by you or those authorized by you. You may be liable for fraudulent, unlawful, or wrongful use of the account.
By installing and using the ReportaBug browser extension/plugin, you agree and accept the privacy-policy policy and terms-and-conditions of service. You are responsible for inaccurate or false information that you shared with us.
ReportaBug provides its services with recurring monthly payments through the payment gateway Service Stripe (https://stripe.com/). We do not store any payment information on our servers.
Your subscription plan can be updated, changed, or canceled at any time. ReportaBug will not reimburse you for the unused fees paid for a started month. If you terminate your plan, you will have access to the service until the end of your paid period. Fees quoted on our site may or may not include applicable taxes.
By the subscription activation date of each month, Stripe on behalf of ReportaBug will debit the client's credit card automatically. Invoices can be accessed and downloaded from Stripe which can be accessed through ReportaBug. The client is responsible for ensuring that they have sufficient funds to cover the subscription fees. ReportaBug is entitled to immediately terminate this agreement or account for the client's failure to make timely payments.
We reserve the right to amend the subscription plans or terms-and-conditions at any time; modify or increase pricing or introduce new fees and/or subscription levels or charges as well as make changes to our subscription plans without notification. We will provide you with a written notice in advance, within thirty calendar days, during which you will have the right to unsubscribe from, or change your current subscription plan, should you not agree with these amendments.
Except as otherwise stated, all rights and interest in our service is the exclusive property of ReportaBug, and the services are for your limited use only.
Without ReportaBug’ prior written approval you may not reproduce, publish, license, frame, modify, copy, distribute, display, create derivative works from, transfer, or use in any other way for commercial or public purposes, in whole or in part, for any information, software, products or services.
All ReportaBug trademarks, trade/company names, service marks, logos and other Intellectual Property Rights in and to the site and services are proprietary to ReportaBug.
During operation, ReportaBug will have access to some of your data. All interest and rights in the data is your exclusive property, except otherwise stated in this agreement. ReportaBug will keep your data confidential and will not disclose your data to any unauthorized person or third party, and will only be used for ReportaBug to perform its services.
You acknowledge and agree that ReportaBug may disclose any data if required to do so: (a) by law; (b) comply with legal process; (c) enforce this agreement; (c) respond to violations; or (d) protect the rights, property, or personal safety of ReportaBug services, its users, and the public.
In the event that you provide ReportaBug with any suggestions, feedback or improvements with respect to the site and/or services, you allow ReportaBug with a non-revocable, sub-licensable and royalty free right and license to make use of, copy, disclose, license, and distribute such feedback, suggestions or improvements in any manner without any obligations, of whatever kind, towards you.
ReportaBug guarantees your data is used in accordance with this Agreement. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using our services.
You agree that all data collected through your use of our service is solely your responsibility and not the responsibility of ReportaBug and that you have policies in place to protect personal or sensitive data which was captured using our service. ReportaBug will not be held liable if our service does not meet any privacy-policy laws or regulations requirements that you are subject to.
ReportaBug shall not be responsible or liable for any claimed damages, which may arise from ReportaBug’ servers being unavailable for any reason whatsoever. Furthermore, ReportaBug shall not be responsible or liable for any damages resulting from the corruption or deletion of any data from ReportaBug's servers.
You acknowledge and accept that ReportaBug does not provide any archiving or backup services. ReportaBug may delete data that is no longer in use and exceeds reasonable retention timeframes. ReportaBug disclaims all data archiving, storage and backup obligations.
Any attempt to undermine or cause harm to servers or clients of ReportaBug is strictly prohibited. You are responsible for your accounts. Should you violate any of ReportaBug’ terms-and-conditions of services, your account will be canceled without possibility of refund. When subscribing to any of ReportaBug’ subscriptions or undertaking a trial, you agree and signify that you have no other active account within your legal entity. When improper or abusive account use is detected, ReportaBug reserves the right to suspend or deactivate accounts immediately.
ReportaBug reserves the right to modify, add, migrate, suspend or discontinue any of its service offering at any time.
We do not refund partial monthly fees to accounts. If you terminate your plan, you will have access to the service until the end of your paid period.
ReportaBug reserves the right to refuse, suspend or cancel access to services, at any time at its sole discretion.
Failure to follow any of these terms-and-conditions or conditions may result in account deactivation. Please, be aware that running any performance/load tests, security tests, or penetration tests against our infrastructure without written permission is a violation of our terms-and-conditions.
ReportaBug cannot be held liable for system down time, crashes, data loss or any estimated profits which a client would have gained at any time during ReportaBug’s downtime. No uptime guarantee is offered. Some of the software and hardware used by ReportaBug is not owned or written by ReportaBug.
ReportaBug holds no responsibility for client account usage. Failure to comply with this agreement may result in termination of the client’s account. ReportaBug reserves the right to deactivate and/or delete any account, without advance notice for any reason.
ReportaBug may use your company logos and names for promotional materials or in case studies, unless we receive communication from you disallowing us.
ReportaBug is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by GitLab Inc. (gitlab.com), GitHub Inc. (github.com), Atlassian Bitbucket (bitbucket.org) or any of their affiliates or subsidiaries.
ReportaBug reserves the right to amend its policies without notification. Your agreement to these terms-and-conditions are subject to the most current version. This policy was last modified on October 8, 2022.
